The Third Symposium on Hypogeous Mushrooms of the Mediterranean Basin (HYPOGES3) occurs every ten years, celebrating advancements in the study of hypogeous mushrooms, such as truffles and desert truffles. This event underscores the ecological, culinary, and economic importance of these fungi, attracting a multidisciplinary audience of mycologists, biologists, ecologists, and economists.
